Annual General Meeting, May 20th 2021

Our AGM will be held by Zoom at 10.30 am on Thursday 20th May, before our usual Coffee Morning talk.

We will email the necessary documents, including the Agenda and the Accounts,  to all members for whom we have an email address in the week beginning 16th May.  We will also deliver hard copies to those without an email address at the same time.  Anybody who is unable to open Word documents should contact  secretary@minehead-district-u3a.org.uk.

All the relevant documents will also be available from this web site nearer the date, from the ‘Who we are’ page.

 

For those with no personal internet access

If the Government is able to follow its route map, by 20th May we should be able to meet in each other’s houses.  If anyone without internet access would like to join another member with online access, it should be possible.  If you need help with this, please contact Jan Lowy, secretary@minehead-district-u3a.org.uk
