AGM May 2022

 NOTIFICATION OF MINEHEAD AND DISTRICT U3A TWENTY-THIRD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 12 MAY 2022.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held before the talk at the Speaker’s Morning on Thursday 12 May 2022 at the Baptist Church, Parks Lane, Minehead TA24 8BS. The AGM will start at 10.30 am.

We apologise for the previously-advertised Zoom option not being available. Copies of all papers will be available as printed documents on the day at the Church.

If any member has a proposal that they would like to put to the AGM, please send details before 9 May 2022 to the Secretary, Sue Hutchings (secretary@minehead-district-u3a.org.uk or 07941 258871). If you are interested in standing for the committee, please contact Sue Hutchings, as above, for a Nomination Form which must be returned by 28 April 2022.

The AGM Agenda is set out below. All members for whom we have an email address can read  (and print)  the necessary AGM documents, including the Minutes of the 20th May 2021 AGM, Committee Nominations, Chairman’s Report (2022) and Treasurer’s Report (2022) – see below. We shall also deliver or post hard copies of these formal documents to those without access to email if a request is sent to Sue Hutchings by 9th May. If you need help viewing the AGM documents or sharing online access, please contact Sue Hutchings (secretary@minehead-district-u3a.org.uk
